It wasn’t until I got certified as a fitness and nutrition coach that I was finally able to reach my goals, have lasting results and cut out the all or nothing mentality. Looking back today, I know these three things I truly believed were some of the most detrimental to me reaching my goals and today I share what they are as well as how to replace these myths with some new strategies to get you the results you have been wanting.
